Justin Guerra is an associate at Holloran White Schwartz & Gaertner LLP.

Justin grew up in St. Louis as the second oldest of seven children and graduated from DeSmet High School.  In 2003, Justin received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  At Mizzou, Justin was a Journalism Scholar and a member of the school’s Honors College.

In 2006, Justin received his J. D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, Justin was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Review and served as a teacher’s assistant for Legal Research & Writing.

Justin is a past recipient of the National Young American Award - an honor first presented by the U.S. Department of Justice in 1954.  He is also one of the youngest Missourians to become an Eagle Scout in state history. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Justin worked as a social service aide with the State of Missouri: Division of Youth Services.  He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Peter & Paul Community Services, a nonprofit agency committed to providing immediate and transitional housing and supportive services to the homeless.

Justin is a member of the SLU Law Trial Team Advisory Board, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Lawyer’s Association of St. Louis, the Missouri Bar, and the Illinois State Bar Association.  His practice focuses on personal injury cases, including toxic tort, workplace injuries and serious traffic accidents.
